Chiping Botai Casting Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995. Its annual output of castings is up to 7,000 tons. Based on national standards and user needs, the company engages not only in castings, but in machining, mold design and production. Its main production equipment is as follows:

1.Smelting equipment: a set of 5T/h cupola, a set of 2T/h GW steel shell coreless induction furnace.

2. Molding equipment: one 5T/h resin sand production line, ten sets of Z144 shock type molding machines, six sets of Z145 shock type molding machines and six sets of heat corebox shooter.

3. Cleaning equipment: 5 sets of roller, hook type and crawler cleaning machines.

4. Testing equipment: lab spark spectrometer, carbon and sulfur detection instrument, electronic universal testing machine, electronic analysis balance, brinell hardness tester, vertical metallographic microscope, Japan imported portable metallographic microscope laboratory analysis, non - destructive testing instrument etc.

5.
